Level II
- 9 to 5 (EST) business days. Using this level of service, your customers can
talk with someone during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Level III –
Email support. Using this level of service your customers can email their
questions to a customer service representative who will reply within 24 hours.
The level of service can include answering questions about your product,
providing emailed literature, or providing the status on an order.
