Bee Yang, Senior Client Services Representative


Bee has a broad range of experience supporting customers and clients over her 12 year career.  Her earliest experience was in general administration at the Department of Veterans Administration, helping veterans with their documentation and filings, while pursuing her Associates Degree from Gibbs College. After graduating, she joined CVS Pharmacare where she worked on the customer service help desk, and was quickly promoted to team supervisor and served in that capacity for 2 years.  Next, Bee joined International Data Corporation as a customer support representative, where she excelled at report building and data analysis, and worked with customers directly on their presentation requirements.  Now at Sprocket Express, Bee draws on all these experiences to manage the daily harvest of clients' shopping carts, processing all modifications, and working directly with clients to support their ecommerce requirements.  Bee has been with Sprocket since January of 2014.  Bee also brings her pet companion, a delightful energetic Pit Bull, Gotti, to work daily with her.  Gotti is the new mascot of Sprocket Express, since the passing of Sprocket, for whom the company was named.
